for cylinders made from continuously cast billet material, a base check in accordance with

5,Tensile test : A tensile test shall be carried out on material taken from the cylindrical part of the cylinder by adopting either of the following procedures.

It is recommended that machined round specimens not be used for wall thickness less than 3 mm.

 

Tips for safe use of gas cylinders:

Gas cylinders should be stored in a well-ventilated place, strictly prohibited in the vicinity of precision equipment, cables, refueling systems, inflammables, etc., or in a confined space, and should be prevented from sunlight exposure in summer. Cylinders must be fitted with two shock rings and cylinders caps.

There are wired and wireless communication modes in the chamber. Specially developed gas sensors are used to monitor the concentration of O2, CO2, CO, CH4 and other gases inside and outside the chamber, and the monitoring data are transmitted to the monitoring sub-station and ground dispatching room in the chamber.
