The gas in the cylinder must not be used up. Oxygen cylinder residual pressure shall not be less than 0.2mpa. The residual pressure of argon cylinder should not be less than 0.5mpa. 
Quenching and tempering cylinder: it is to heat the cylinder to above austenite temperature, hold it for a period of time and then cool it quickly, so that it reaches a high strength. After cooling, it comes out into another tempering furnace to eliminate the stress in the cylinder

b) On a further cylinder: 

one tensile test in the longitudinal direction ; 

either two bend tests  in a circumferential direction, one flattening test  or one ring flattening test ; 

when the thickness of the cylinder permits the machining of a test piece at least 3 mm thick, three impact tests in the transverse or longitudinal direction as required ; 

for cylinders made from continuously cast billet material, a base check in accordance with

5,Tensile test : A tensile test shall be carried out on material taken from the cylindrical part of the cylinder by adopting either of the following procedures.

It is recommended that machined round specimens not be used for wall thickness less than 3 mm.

 

Tips for safe use of gas cylinders:

Gas cylinders should be stored in a well-ventilated place, strictly prohibited in the vicinity of precision equipment, cables, refueling systems, inflammables, etc., or in a confined space, and should be prevented from sunlight exposure in summer. Cylinders must be fitted with two shock rings and cylinders caps.

There are wired and wireless communication modes in the chamber. Specially developed gas sensors are used to monitor the concentration of O2, CO2, CO, CH4 and other gases inside and outside the chamber, and the monitoring data are transmitted to the monitoring sub-station and ground dispatching room in the chamber.
